Notice periods for making an application:
Small events 0 - 499 people: 8 weeks notice before the event date.
Medium events 500 - 1000 people: 12 weeks before the event date.
Large events over 1000 people: 20 weeks before the event date.

Cancellations with less than 2 weeks’ notice will attract a charge equal to 50% of the total amount due.
