Harrow Film Services provide a one-stop-shop for all filming and photography in the London Borough of Harrow. We are a dedicated team within the Council for productions & locations and will assist with all enquiries and relevant liaisons & permissions.

All filming on or around Harrow Council land, buildings, facilities and public highways WILL REQUIRE PERMISSION* These locations include (but are not exclusive to):

            • Highways & Streets

            • Parks, public and pedestrian spaces

            • Municipal Buildings

            • Car Parks And On-Street Parking

            • Crematorium & Cemeteries

            • Libraries

We cannot process any applications unless the following are included:

            • Evidence of your public liability insurance (min. £5m)

            • A generic risk assessment
