Hackney Outdoor Event Applications Update

Due to the minimum 6 week requirement for processing submitted event applications, Hackney Events Team are now unable to accept any new event applications for summer 2025 (with the exception of small scale activations and promotions).

You are welcome to submit proposals for events in 2026 via an email enquiry or wait until event applications reopen on EventApp later this year.

IMPORTANT EVENT APPLICATION NOTICE

Please note the Event Service is currently working on site on events whilst processing pending applications.

Due to the high volume of applications being submitted at this time of year, we currently have a 6-8 week turn around period, longer for larger scale events, please factor this into your planning. If your proposed event date is within this busy period please be aware that we cannot guarantee approval.
