EventApp helps us to process your application quickly and to share information with all concerned as efficiently as possible.
It is important to start planning your event as soon as possible. Find our Timescales for Planning an Event document in the right hand menu.
To begin the process, you will need to complete an event enquiry form. Please click ‘Make Enquiry’. You'll need to sign up or log in to your account. Prior to submitting your enquiry please read through the Event Organiser's information.
Due to increased demand on our parks and open spaces for events, we are no longer able to reserve dates without the submission of an event application. Therefore, once you have made your enquiry to determine if your preferred dates are available, the events office will hold these for 7 days (one calendar week) before releasing, should no event application be received. Thank you for your understanding.
Once your enquiry has been approved you will be invited to upload further information and submit a full application. A non-refundable application fee will be charged at the point of submitting your event application for checking, validating and processing applications received and for liaising with other parties both internal and external to facilitate the event taking place. The Events Office will be in contact within 14 days of submitting your application and receiving your fee.
- April 2025-March 2026: Administration fee is £109+VAT (£130.80), multiple events administration fee £219+VAT (£262.80), major events administration fee £219+VAT (£262.80)
- April 2026-March 2027: Administration fee is £115.50+VAT (£138.60), multiple events administration fee £232+VAT (£278.40), major events administration fee £232+VAT (£278.40)
